10 U.S. GLP weight-loss providers: find your kind of care

Compare telehealth programs and clinics by care style, medication costs and the questions to ask before signing up.

First, pick your kind of help

Want a quick online visit? A clinician and dietitian who know your story? Or help untangling insurance? The right starting point depends on what you want from care, not a magic leaderboard.

  • Care with a dietitian: explore Form Health.
  • Behavior tools plus medical care: explore Noom Med, WeightWatchers and Calibrate.
  • Written visits: Hello Alpha offers asynchronous care.
  • Broader primary care: compare PlushCare or ask your existing clinician about your options.

Availability and eligibility vary. Prices were checked November 6, 2026 and can change; ask for your own quote.

The bill has more than one layer

Think of the advertised price as the cover of the menu, not necessarily dinner. Ask what you will actually pay at signup, at renewal and at the pharmacy.

Your total can include a care or membership fee, medicine, and labs or other extras. Insurance and discounts can change your share.
Questions to decode your bill
Line itemAsk before paying
CareIs the first-month offer temporary? Is the fee monthly, every four weeks, or prepaid?
MedicineIs it included? What will my pharmacy charge at my prescribed dose?
ExtrasAre labs, shipping, copays or follow-ups extra? What happens if coverage is denied?
LeavingWhat renews automatically, and must care and medication be canceled separately?

For example, Ro’s advertised prepaid rates are monthly equivalents, not the entire cost of the term. Ask for the amount charged upfront. A four-week charge can occur about 13 times in a year.

Know what is actually being prescribed

FDA-approved medicines have been reviewed for safety and effectiveness for their approved uses. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; they may have a role for an individual patient, but are not interchangeable with an approved product simply because a familiar ingredient appears in the name. Ask your clinician about the medicine, dose, dispensing pharmacy and why it fits your situation. The FDA explains its concerns about unapproved GLP-1 drugs.

What customers talk about

Online anecdotes are individual experiences, not a satisfaction survey or proof of outcomes. Still, they can inspire excellent questions.

  • One Hers discussion raises a familiar billing puzzle: did you cancel both subscriptions?
  • In a Mochi discussion, people describe both quick and slow responses. Ask how clinical questions are handled.
  • A WeightWatchers thread talks through the difference between program and pharmacy payments.
  • A Noom discussion asks whether the lessons remain useful over time. What support would you actually use?
  • One person in a Form Health discussion describes supportive care after initial uncertainty. Ask who you will see and how often.
