Privacy policy

A simple site. A clear privacy policy.

How GLP Finds uses cookieless traffic measurement and handles technical requests and external retailer links.

What this site does

GLP Finds serves static editorial pages. We do not offer accounts, checkout, newsletter forms, personalized recommendations or saved collections. We use PostHog US Cloud and Vercel Web Analytics for traffic measurement, with the controls described below.

Cookieless traffic measurement

PostHog counts page views and retailer-link activations. We send the authored page path and broad page type; retailer activations add the merchant and whether the link was a primary action or source reference. Paths can reveal what information was browsed. URL query strings, fragments, product names as separate fields, outbound addresses and visitor-entered text are not part of our event contract.

PostHog is configured for always-cookieless measurement, without persistent identity profiles, session replay, automatic interaction capture or surveys. It does not use browser cookies, local storage or session storage for this configuration. Its service derives a daily measurement hash from technical information. We send the browser’s user-agent string and this site’s hostname as required inputs; PostHog also uses the connection’s IP address. These transient hash inputs do not establish a persistent identity. This is not a promise that no information is processed or that visitors are permanently anonymous.

Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and aggregate traffic/device information. Our integration limits page URLs to the authored path without queries or fragments. Vercel also receives browser-provided referring origins where available; we suppress its pageview when the browser supplies a more detailed referrer. A referring origin still reveals the referring site. Technical request processing remains necessary, and each provider’s privacy policy applies.

Your browser privacy signals

When your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, this site does not initialize either analytics provider. An explicit site execution switch can also disable both providers. These controls do not change the separate hosting requests needed to deliver the page.

Hosting and request information

The site is hosted on Vercel. Delivering and securing a web page involves technical request information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested URLs and timestamps. Hosting providers may process logs under their own policies. We do not claim that visiting a website produces no data.

External websites

Retailer, manufacturer, reference, Facebook and GitHub links take you to other services. Those services have their own cookies, privacy practices and terms. Amazon product links contain our publisher’s affiliate tag. It identifies this site, not an individual reader. We do not add visitor-specific health information or personal identifiers to these links. Amazon and other destinations may use their own cookies and attribution practices after you follow a link.

Information you choose to share

There are no on-site contact or health-data forms. If you report a correction through GitHub, that service processes the information you submit and its visibility depends on where you post. Do not include personal health, payment or other sensitive information in a correction report.

Updates

This policy describes the October 29, 2026 release. Changes to analytics, accounts or commercial features require a deliberate product change and an updated policy before activation.
